This was my first time visiting!! Such a cute lively place to come eat at. There is lots of seating: sushi bar, booth, table/chairs. There is a louder noise level. The service was good and they are very accommodating here to requests. Curry chicken katsu: The chicken was nice and crisp. It wasnt too soggy from the curry sauce and it was a great portion. The curry was also really good as it was very flavorful and not too overpowering. Maki roll: This roll was soooooo good! I loved the sauce on top and the filling. The filling inside just all paired so well and it was a classic roll I would order again!

Easily the BEST sushi bar in the Prosper/Frisco area. My husband picks a variety of pieces/rolls when we're here and is never disappointed. I myself LOVE the cucumber salad. Ooooohhhhh and the mochi provides a phenomenal finish!

My top sushi spot in Dallas! The fish is so fresh and there's a good variety. I've been able to get away from eating just salmon and tuna because of Sushi Nunu, branching out to all sorts of other fish. Part of that is because the staff is soooo friendly. I'll go in and sit at the sushi bar and they're always giving me stuff to sample, which has helped me to explore a lot of their menu. It's hard to pick a favorite item but the wagyu sushi is one of the best things I've ever eaten! And also I really love their sake flights! So glad we have a place to get really good sushi nearby!

This place is a bit of a drive for me, but it's the best sushi spot in Frisco! Everything was super fresh and tasty. Reasonably priced for the quality. Service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend the super toro roll and hama chili!

Been here twice and the food quality is consistent. Sushi and kitchen items are equally impressive. Love the menu not too complicated with just right amount of selections. The environment is very inviting and just the right size. The staff are working with great efficiency and attitude. Highly recommend you don't go, just kidding. Be prepare to wait as this place is no longer a hidden gem.

Nice Japanese food joint in a modern setting. Service was ok. Food was good. Man those creamy egg roe udon noodles were hitting the spot! Sushi wasn't good too. Will have to come back to try more items on the menu.

We went to Sushi Nunu to celebrate and it was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a good sushi experience in the area, this is the spot! Service was exceptional! The staff was kind, polite, and attentive. The interior was clean and really well done. It is a wonderful place for any occasion. The food was amazing. Chutoro quality was good and definitely did not disappoint (just got back from Japan so tried it as a comparison). The rolls were delicious and flavorful without being overpowered by just the sauces. The Ahi tower was delicious (there is a uncharge for replacing the tuna with salmon but if you're a salmon lover, it is definitely worth it!).

I came around 5:30pm and 3 tables were filled. My fiancé & I got the Karaage, Ikgaeso, Stuffed Jalapeños, Nunu Roll, Super Toro, and Wagu Bao. The Karaage was very flavorful by its own without the sauce. It was also very juicy and tender. Everything else was pretty decent. Our server Katie was attentive in refilling our water and we really appreciate that! The place was clean, nice, and organized.

Appetizers: Karaage - about 9 big chunks of moist & tender chicken that's not overly battered Hama chili - fresh; oranges hidden underneath Sake berry - unique salmon dish with healthy ingredients of kale, blueberry, Asian pear & crunchy quinoa bits Main: Tempura nabe udon - shrimp cooked just right but eat fast before the tempura gets too soggy/flabby Tuna sakana lover Only a handful of no/less rice roll options & there is a weekly specials menu. Modern spacious interior & servers were very nice. Fun fact: named nunu since it sounded cute but they found out it meant God of the ocean in some religion
